PS4 Crashes... A fix soon?

Hi guys. I have looked for an answer on this so far but cannot see one. I see the above post on crashes, but the tips in there are for PC users and will not help us PS4 console users.

The crashing is getting incredibly frustrating now. Last week in Imperial City I crashes 5 times in a row. Everytime I logged back in on my character, the screen instantly froze and the game became stuck. I had to quit the whole game, re log, and exactly the same thing, screen froze. 5 times in a row.

I have taken 4 days away from the game now. Yesterday night I logged back in and within 20 mins of playing, the screen froze again. I lost all heart to quit the game and re log, so I just switched off. Not sure I can play like this.

My question is, is anyone aware of when this major problem is going to be fixed in a patch for PS4?

Maybe a discussion I have missed? (if so please link)

Or could Gina Bruno or Jessica Folsom comment on the current situation with the technical team working on a fix?
