Do healing debuffs stack?

Say for example would leathal arrow 30% and soul harvest 30% stack to 60%?
Or does it only work if different people use the abilities?

These do not stack as they both give major defile.You cannot have 2 of the same buffs or debuffs but you can use a major and a minor of the same buff or debuff

You can stack the Fasalla Guile 5 piece set bonus with major defile. With about 65 champ points in befoul you can get to 100% healing reduction.

Also, the disease enchant is has a chance to proc minor defile and meatbag catapult is another 50% reduction. You can stack all 4 different ones.

Are you sure about that? I thought they would stack multiplicative not additive, but I haven't tested it properly myself.

Are you sure about that? I thought they would stack multiplicative not additive, but I haven't tested it properly myself.

I have not done extensive testing. Just going off tool tips. It's hard to keep the fasallas debuff up all the time
