Had to pay "0" bounty and lost my stuff

Hi I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this. I was 'upstanding' I got the message and everything. The next time I went into town a guard wanted 0 bounty, I 'paid' and then lost my stole stuff. Nothing important.

This is more of a bug report than a request for assistance. Fortunately I just didn't have much on me at the time, but I definitely lost some items.
