Can't Play 2 of the 3 DLC's on Xbox.

I can't get over this. My Xbox is barely 5months old and the only reason I spent 400 dollars on it is to play this game or at least that was the idea. When I spend this kind of money I expect it to work. Good luck finding out any kind of info at all to why this game doesn't work and frankly I don't care why, it should just work..period. $400 + sub fees + live fees + internet fees it should run at least half way decent.
Anyways, I been to the sewers (Imperial city DLC) two times since the launch of Theives Guild prior to today. The first time I froze while grinding mobs in my first loop (10 min of entertainment) second time I was grinding motifs in the arena and the bosses bugged out which resulted in closing out the game from the dash board because I was stuck in combat and couldn't exit the area or log out. Switching campaigns was not an option at the time because of the 3day wait and AP penaltys. Weeks later (today) I decided to do some grinding again. Got to the starting area, killed 5 mobs and froze. Closed the game via dash board and logged back in and had to reque for the campaign "again" (5to10 min q at the time) finally back in and stopped by Bruma to quest but their was more than 15 people there so it was to laggy. My next thought was to do the main quest line in the Imperal City. Got back to the sewers and started the quest line by talking to the general followed by the drake of blades and picked up the daily. Off to the Temple district. Talked to the drake again, dropped down on two mobs and before I killed one I froze. I never had freezing problems prior to the latest update. Just audio and ability delay. Bottom line, the Imperial City DLC is unplayable on Xbox One.
The long story short for the "$25" DLC Orsinum is crash crash crash log back in and crash some more. You have to be one hella of pataient mofo to complete the main story line in this awesome DLC. Actually yes it is awesome or could be anyways. You also get pink textures everywhere and if you notice this you better run to the nearest delve so the area can reload if not prepare for another crash.
I preordered this game on PC and bought it again on Xbox (missed the 30 day transfer window) therfore I believe I have the right to address these issues here. Before coming here I sent in endless tickets and went threw a few BS run arounds for CS that all resulted in absolutely no feedback other than the same crap from dial up internet days.
Is anyone with power aware of these game breaking problems? I'm sure you have crash reports. I'd be happy with a "working on it" at this point.
Ps4 feedback would be appreciated, if it can run this game I might invest even more money.
Also, does anyone know a legit Microsoft support telephone number?

Well I have personally never had the Imperial city district problems but yea their something about running through doorways in the sewers now you have a chance to have your game freeze or it kicks you.Its not a Xbox problem because PS4 players have had this problem as well but the Orsinum DLc problem is wide known on Xbox and been reported many times in game and on the forums but ZOS refuse to acknowledge the problem.I see the forums are absolutely no help as well. For the pink textures some ssyyou have to reload to get the game fixed but truthfully they don't care about consoels player enough to fix PS4 and xbox specific problems.Even with us paying most of their bills they would rather keep selling costumes and mounts then fix their product.0 -
Necrelios✭✭✭✭✭It's not just xbox. Same thing is happening for all platforms at the moment, crashing combined with pink textures and broken audio with random loud static noises. They released a patch for PC that at least fixed one of the crashes in Imperial City, maybe you will get that same patch soon. If u run the Xbox in standby, you will prob need to hard reset everyone 2 weeks or so or just cut it all the way off so it takes a long time to start up.
