Does hist bark dodge stack with evasion/blur?

When blocking, 5 pc hist bark gives Major evasion for 20% dodge chance. I assume this does not stack with the major evasion granted by the medium armor evasion ability, or the nightblade's blur ability?

I can be 99% sure it does not, but I haven't personally tested. If it does stack, it is not intended.
