Locked healing during combat/boss issue

Today I encountered an issue with my healing abilities being locked - that means when I tried to use use them while running away from some angry wisps, I could not see their healing effect. I almost died because healing was not working. Breath of Life didn't work for this moment (as on screenshot, it should fill my hp bar to max, but it didn't). It wasn't permanent lock, and soon after I was able to heal correctly, but it happened...


Second issue I had inside Razak's Wheel in Bangkorai, some of it's bosses were using skills which were doing instant death of my character, even when I tried to block the spell. It was like a headshot. I was soloing those ruins on lvl9 when dungeon is lvl5. This also happened to another player around vet 14 I think, trying to solo the same boss. Finally I killed the boss but because he did not use that headshot spell again.
I'm unable to check what spell was that, because the bosses who were using those spells did not show damage value in the death screen, like I think they normally should. Here is the example of Archivist Sanctius:

I had similar issue last night in Old Orsinum but contributed it to possible lag. I was spamming BoL or spear to heal myself and it wasn't healing me. The animation was there and when doing spear it damaged the other party but didn't heal me. After I died it seemed to rest for a while and then repeated a couple of times.

I had this BoL issue just now when fighting another boss in open Bangkorai. Was unable to heal myself with BoL, I mean like you I was seeing the effect of healing on myself (animations were there) but no effect. Also I quickly opened my active effects screen and did not find any which could be possibly put on me by the boss, preventing me from healing. Had to run away instead of fighting, but it starts to annoy me. Definitely it's not the lag issue, and I feel it started to happen after new patch.
