Why is EU always down?

Every other day I see a message regarding the EU servers what the heck is going on that makes it break all the time? I am glad I play on NA at this rate it looks like EU has accumulated at least a week of "offline due to difficulties" since I have been on this game. I think EU should have an extra event or add crown to everyones EU account or something especially if they sub.

I know, it's just like going to a car dealer and buying a new car that actually dies on the road everyday. If I were using EU servers i would ask for a refund or scale it up to the next level...

It is odd how often EU gets hit with ddos attacks.

I think 'DDOS attack' has become the default excuse for all problems 'our server is broken, again, and we don't know why. I know, let's blame the nasty hackers'
