Cake Extended yaaay... But Sever shut down Noooooo...

Was great to have Cake extended due to bugs at inception. Was counting on free time today to enjy the cake buff, but the server has shut down for maintenance in EU, and its not Wednesday? So this will drastically cut into our time with cake buff?
We are all sitting here hoping server comes back online asap as Cake runs out tonight.

SilentRaven1972✭✭✭✭At least with that, you have an idea when you'll have servers back up. Imagine being on PC and having your internet screw up 2 weekends in a row due to a bad line somewhere and foul weather

Thought the cake idea was an awesome one, and was very thankful for it. Pretty awesome gift to mark the anniversary and had fun using it to propel my alts as I'm sure we all did. Just wish I had more of a chance to use it today. Guess all good things come to an end, and sometimes that end can come a little earlier than expected.

Don't do quests. It is much easier to find a place and grind mobs. I started doing quests as well but found out that you gain more exp killing mobs in certain areas. I took a lvl 1 alt to v6 already. Once I hit v1 I have stayed in Old Orsinium in Wrothgar and have been gaining mad exp0 -

Problem is you lose all those skill points you get from the quests that way.
You still get quest turn-in XP, and can backtrack to the ones that give skill points.
