Is there a way I can get ZOS to delete a few of my characters?

I am 8/8 on characters and out of deletions. I want to delete 3 characters I don't play so I can create 3 more.

Yep, but it resets after 24 hours I think.

You should be able to delete up to 3 on PC anyway. Don't know about consoles

Yep, but it resets after 24 hours I think.

it takes up to 3 days to get all 3 deletions back.

So I can upgrade their mounts even if I don't play them. So when the time does come to play them, their mount speed is at 60 already.

ZoS cannot help you with this, no.

I think a better solution would be to implement appearance changes for a cost, similar to the Dawnguard DLC in Skyrim. They already allow attribute, skill, and champion point changes, so why not appearance? Maybe also toss in a miracle and allow race changes too, obviously for a hefty amount of coin. I hate having to re-roll characters when they nerf/buff skill lines.

It is confirmed. But... not normal persons "Soon", rather ZOS "Soon". As in, "No ETA". As in "sometime when we get around to it". As in "We'll tell you more... soon"
Or if you prefer the official one, from their Year Ahead, DLC and Update Plan section:

Longer term, expect to see information about systems like a character customization shop so you can change your character's gender, appearance, name, etc.,

So, best we all know is we will hear more sometime after Q2...

BtW, I also heard more character slots are coming to the crown store, possibly with DB DLC. Just to keep the rumor mill going...

Delete them yourself at the bottom of the screen next to the create character button

In all seriousness, there has to be a limit to the amount of deletions. Does it matter if you make a new one now or tomorrow or 3 days from now? Stop making bloody characters all at once then to prevent this same dilemma in the future.

Just delete them and make new ones. It doesn't matter if it takes 3 days. If you ask ZOS to do something about it, it will take them 4-6 weeks minimum, so you're better off solving your own problems.

And it would be even better to solve this problem by himself out, because ZoS has many more important bugs and stuff to be fixed and improved

The character deletion limit was instated to limit the actions of gold spammers/farmers and bots, to be short.
ZOS most likely won't help you here.

Here's a tip OP next time don't delete all 3 at the same time, delete 1 make sure you created the new char right ( if you didn't you have 2 more delete's to make sure you do).

Now if you didn't mess up delete another and do it this way, also the deletes reset fairly quickly so you should be able to delete all 3 within 3 days just be patient. This is not important please don't ask Zeni to waste resources on you because you don't have the patience to wait One - Three days...

This is an anti-botting measure that is fantastic in its efficacy. The deletion system was a great idea.

As for deletions @Gothlander just wait, you get one deletion every 24 hours, so just delete as and when you can.
