BUG: Wrothgar Dailies XP Halved and No XP Buffs Applied

The Hew's Bane update adjusted the XP of all the Wrothgar World Boss Daily Quests to be the same as the highest one, something around 70k (with ESO Plus bonus). Friday night (April 8th) I was doing all the dailies and was getting the usual 140 something k of XP with the Cake XP Buff. I changed characters and after a few turn ins noticed I was only getting 35K. I had the Cake buff going but tried re-applying it, logging out, restarting, trying different characters, etc. 35K every time. Today I logged on my main, the one that was getting 140k, now that she could do more dailies, and sure enough she is now getting just 35k too. It is not even supposed to be that low, it has been 70 something k since the update. This cake is really messing things up.

    Think inspiration might be a factor? Those quests don't even offer that much XP witbout it.

    aah yes, 4 times factor, that would be it. I forgot about inspiration because it seems I always have it. This is literally the first time I have noticed not having any since they upped it after CP came out. I wonder why I ran out, haven't been playing any more than usual lately.
