How do I know that ZOS never listens?

But they heard all the thousands of complaints that there wasn't enough dog food in the kennel daily delve. They reduced the required amount and added more nodes! Rejoice!

Actually, they DO listen (sometimes too often to the 'nerf' cries!)

A couple of things I recall specifically: a deaf guy once asked for subtitles. He asked politely and stated his case. They added subtitles.

I light-heartedly asked that Rapid Manoeuver be changed to NOT affect me in town (and inside the bank, WTF?) - I asked nicely and stated my reasons. Despite the huge amount of trolling I received from venomous forum users (thankfully, there were quite a few intelligent people who agreed with me as well), they did change it. The change affects the caster not at all, but those around them are free of speed buffs in banks!

I'm sure there are other instances of them listening too. I just wish they wouldn't listen to the 'nerf this' cries quite so often!

same thing happened with the thieves troves, sadly when people ask for fixes,ZOS is all to happy to throw down the gloves and nerf with a heavy hand. i dont blame you for the rapids change,but they broke that too.

Troves were not nerfed, they spawn now as it was inteded at first place.

Which is a nerf,if you reduce something from what it was it's still a nerf.intended is not a word I associate with ZOS.

Troves are perfect now. They're rare but not impossible to find. I'm leveling a new char this week and routinely find 3-5 troves per zone. If you wanted to farm them, tough luck.

Their hearing must be impaired pretty badly that it took so long to implement some features.
