I'm looking to build it my self in cristal and sell it too,
Not sure what you mean by Crystal? you can build it in different styles, altmer, deadric, xivkyn, glass etc. You are better off making it apart of a set for the bonuses you get.
As for selling staffs, its a rather limited market I'm afraid, people have their own sets, their own preferences on style and preference on traits. Its a rather pointless exercise in my opinion as there are just too many combinations

@ZorroDeMar I think you might be misunderstanding a bit. Other than special staffs that get dropped by some bosses in veteran dungeons/arenas, then every craftable healing staff is effectively the same, subject to the traits you craft it with, enchantments you add and the level and quality.
The best healing staff you can make will be legendary (gold) and obviously at your skill level. Tho tbh, I wouldn't bother making it 'gold' until you get to v16, 'purple' will be fine.
Then you need an enchantment, but they won't really help with healing other players, most options available just deal damage in one way or another apart from a couple of subtractive enchantments that will deal less damage but return a little health or magicka to you. The level of return will be subject to the quality, level and trait of the staff where the 'infused' trait would increase the effect of the enchantment and so increase the level of health or magicka returned.
Finally, if you are wearing a set of armour that has specific bonus' for the number of items worn, then a weapon or staff can take the place of a piece of armour for that set and so you can get the extra bonus that set affords. This can be useful if you want to take advantage of more than one set i.e. five pieces of one set and three (or four if you dual wield) of another.
Assuming you are playing as a templar, then your main healing abilities are active skills and whilst the animation may use the staff, the actual quality or trait of the staff will not affect the strength of the skill.
Confused? LOL
Finally, cost? Find a nice guild or friendly crafter to get one for free! I'm on EU/PC if you need a staff.
On my healer I actually prefer not to use the vMA resto, but not because it isn't a good option. Rather, it's mostly just the way I gear. I use 1pc kena, 5pc SPC, and 2/3 Torugs Pact. My resto staff is Torug's, and on my off-bar is DW swords, both Torug's Pact. This is still a pretty strong setup with all legendary items.
