Unable to RES - Even with an inventory of soul gems..

Hi,
Many people are experiencing not being able to RES and having to use the Wayshrine option even when they have soul gems. Recurring problem PS4 EU server.
Be interested to know if anyone else is experiencing similar and if there are any known issues with this? Only happened since TG drop.

mdylan2013✭✭✭✭✭Happened to me and several others, it's pretty much stopped me playing the alts that have the issue. Apparently we will get a fix in a few weeks with the patch.PS4/EU
