DK Battle Roar Passive - Can someone tell me the numbers?

I am levelling a baby mag DK, so i am a noob on that class.
Can someone clarify the Battle Roar passive for me, as the tooltip is very vague. Tooltip only mentions that the amount is increased in proportion to the cost of the ultimate. However, i have no idea what the BASE values are. Does it restore 20% resources? 30% resources? Is it even percentage-based or is it a fixed amount (like 5k resources) based on your level?
Hope someone could clarify the math for me here !

✭✭If they didn't change it since when I tested it last September the forumla is:
Ressource gain = base value * base ultimate costs * max ressource
The base value is about 0.0015 for health and 0.00175 for magicka / stamina.
So using Standart of Might when you have 40k magicka and 20k hp would be:
0.00175 * 250 * 40 000 = 17500 magicka
