Trying to Attack After dismounting

Hi there
Was wondering if anyone was having issues (PVE related, as I don't PVP) regarding a small 1--3 second gap where after I/you dismount its like it wont allow me to attack no matter how much I press the left mouse button *(destruction staff equipped)
only had this since the inception of TG as well as the FPS drop issue which is already being investigated
