    Are shoulders on the possible drop list or only helms? (and can you confirm if shoulders are a possible drop)

    Shoulders are available. On PC I think 2 weeks ago it was the Molag Kena shoulder.

    @Espionage- if your DC it's in Northern Highrock right near the stables.

    Monster set vendor that spawns at the gates in Cyro on weekends. Do a Search you should find plenty of info.

    I got the shoulders on thursday night... hearing that the helm was being sold this week was like winning the lottery for me lol
