Khajiit and Magica NB ?

Read on a forum that Khajiit was the best race for NB due to passives. but my questions is simple. Does the passive crit that Khajiit get benefit the NB class skills or only weapon skills (dual wield, 2 handed etc), or is it just some skills ? I mean as from a magica NB perspective.

Sunburnt_Penguin✭✭✭✭✭The last I heard was that it didn't affect Spell Crit. Not sure if it's changed with TG though but I haven't seen any Khajit MagNBs running around so I'm guessing not.1

✭✭The Khajiit racial passives dont really benefit magicka NBs besides the increased dmg from stealth.
