Random 'normal' dungeon group finder - please exclude WGT AND IC Sewers - difficulty level too high!

After several runs with PUGs, I have to say that the difficulty level of the two dungeons, namely White Gold Tower and IC Sewers is not in line with all other 'normal' dungeons. I've been testing with several groups, whose setup was like: 1 player level 15, 1 player level 20, 1 level 30 and a VR 16.
This point of view is from a max level healer perspective Templar & DK (bubble/spot heal spec).

I've already stated that the IC-dungeons are not random-friendly and I, therefore, wish that White Gold Tower and IC-sewers are removed from the group finder list and put in a "special compartment", which is not together with all other 'normal' dungeons, which are exceptionally easier than those 2 dungeons!

I beg ZOS to check their 'data' and to analyze the stats about these two dungeons: How often are they picked up in the dungeon finder? How many groups do actually succeed? Etc...

I KNOW, dear reader, this game is too easy for you but it might not be for many of zs. A 'normal' dungeon, nonetheless, is expected to be a more-or-less "easy run" and to be in line in terms of difficulty level with all the other dungeons. As a great supporter of random players, casuals and all others that want to enjoy the "new group finder", I made up my own opinion, which is not so positive.

If you want "difficulty", go for veteran dungeons. This game has to offer dungeon content, which is easy to digest and WTG and IC sewers are definetely not "easy play", please make this dungeons easier OR remove them from the random dungeon group finder!

    I'd rather support a better tutorial, so new players can actually learn to play this game. Maybe the game needs to tell you about important buffs, buffmanagement, dots, skillrotation and tanking/healing/dpsing in general.

    I doubt, you cannot beat these two dungeons with low level characters.

    Agree and on xbox a lot pugs don't use their mic to communicate so no way to teach some people the mechanism to each boss.

    Was in multiple dungeons last night as healer. Maybe i tossed a heal every boss fight, other than that i was dpsing. Then you go into a vet dungeon and every one tries to dps or go if on their own. I think îf the dungeons were a bit more than dps zergs and forced players to play their class appropriately we'd have a better time in all dungeons in general

    These dungeons aren't hard. They just need you to know what you're doing. Take this as a L2P comment if you will, but that's the case. PUGs have the added difficulty of coordinating with people you've never met and may not use voice or even text chat, but that is true for every dungeon.

    It's no different from vCoA when it launched at VR12 and didn't scale down. Yet I don't remember everyone throwing their arms in the air and demanding it be excluded from pledges.

    Normal tower and Prison are easy. You just need to chat is all. If no rotation on the pinion you're screwed. Kena and warden are very weak on normal. Issue with prison is people rush the overfiend. Need to go very slow on it and burn down the adds a few at a time and get back on the boss. Slow pace is key.

    What I usually see if GF drops me into either of these two dungeons, if other group members dropping. Then we have to wait...then another pops in and drops. So now I usually just drop when I get in them cause I don't wanna be waiting...vicious cycle I guess. So in my experience, they are pointless being in the Normal Random cycle. PUGs on PC without voice chat sux anyhow unless it's an easy dungeon, or everyone knows it well. Roll of the dice.
