PvP lag, sudden/long load screen, high latency and low FPS [Trueflame][PC]

Does anyone experience the same? It's even getting worse.
When entering PvP area latency starts for x seconds with RED +999, 2 FPS.
After latency is a bit better I'm able to travel to the wayshrine and use it to go to another keep.
After using this, latency is between red +600 and +999 again. Low FPS.
When in fight the fight graphics are not going smooth. Last days I don't even see my enemies. I see my group fighting everyone, but I'm not able to target anyone. I run forward with the group, suddenly under attack and have a loading screen. After this screen I'm dead...
This scenario keeps repeating itself....
I actually ask myself WHAT PvP Cyrodiil performance has been fixed? As I don't see anything yet over months.
In every other game I play, there's not any game that complains about my internet connection... regarding this latency.
