Would you like to have an additional "group board" tool? (see description)

If people are so used to yelling in chat to find a party, why not make it easier and worldwide? What I propose is a sort of "message board" for those who look for a party or a party member. Same mechanic is implemented in a couple of games and it works pretty good.
That is:
UI window allowing you to pick a dungeon that you're searching members for, pick the desired level and leave a short comment like "CoA helmet farm need tank". Post such a message and then go back to your own business and wait. Unlike the current grouping tool there would no technical difficulties in matching roles etc.
It would be way better than crying in chat because players from all in-game world could see it, not onlly those who are currently in your location.

I may not be right but I think it's technically easy to make. (and I'm not proposing to remove the current grouping tool. That's why the name of the poll says "additional")
