A new kind of Group-Tool - since the old one is bugged as Hell

Hey there!
I understand what ZOS wanted to accomplish with the current goal - just activate it and the tool will do the rest. But often this doesnt work as intented, e.g. the tool allways want 1xHeal, 1xTank, 2x DD. The random doungon trial for 100k xp bonus only seems to work, when you let the tool fill up the team - even when you could do it with a 4x DD group.
So here is my suggestion:
Build a tool that list everyone, who intents to find a group. People can join this list via /lfg <text>. The text tells what they want to do. When you look at the list, you can filter by name, profession, zone, LVL, text and so on. So you can easily pick the ppl you need. 2nd effect: less "LFG xyz" spam in the zone chat. And for the 100k random Doungon quest: When you have a full group the leaer can hit the "lets start"- button and thats when it starts.
This shouldnt be too hard to programm - I've seen many MMOs with this kind of tool.
Im not sure if this is the right forum and how to get the attention form the DEVs to this topic - but maybe someone else knows how too.

The tool is bugged by the way. We waited 20min to find a DD for the 4th spot in the group (as if dd are soo rare) and the we got a 7man group?!? Of course only 4 could go into the doungon. Next time I searched for a group by myself i got into a LVL22 team (Im V14) - and all the enemys where V16 - What the Hell? Sad thing is that it was a group of 4x lvl ~20. Two of them left and the rest used the tool to find new members - and they got me and *whoooop* the doungon gets scaled v16 (allthough im V14) - this is not funny @ZOS
