Exploit: People getting ontop of arena in IC

With the bug currently making arena a great place to farm motifs ive noticed people exploiting a bug to get on top of the arena walls (easily as a sorc )
All they do is sit up there and proxy/comet
Can we pls fix this so they cant get up there
Today we had 10 people up there and when i finally chained one then killed him they had 43k stones from just killing groups of people with proxy in the past hour since they showed up.

BTW they are indeed doing ... something with the code. I was there earlier (PC NA Haderus) and the whole arena area was bugged. There was a single enemy spawned, but not fighting, not killable, and once you got into the arena you were stuck. And even /stuck wouldn't work until you logged out and back in.

He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis1 -
