no....
go into your interface settings (or maybe gameplay) It actually is off and says combat text. followed by a lot of specifics of what to leave on/off like self dmg, healing, pet dmg, heal, HOT, DOTs, etc. (these are abbreviations) but just go into settings and look. its pretty obvious-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf
