Since the Thieves Guild DLC, I been experience some weird FPS drops when I access any wayshrine. The only solution that I found that works is to switch to the desk top and then back into the game and then immediately the frame rate jumps back up to 60 FPS.
I permanently set ESO to High Priority, and I don't have the Intel CPU power saving mode enabled in the bios. I have a water cooler on my CPU, so I run it at full speed; my CPU and it's cores rarely go about 130 F while playing ESO.
I'm playing in at 1:00 - 4:00 am, in areas with no other players and I still get the same problem with all add-ons disabled.
I don't have this problem in other games such as GTA V, Fallout 4, and Witcher 3 etc.
Anyone else experiencing this? Or know why this is occurring?

Sometimes it does not fix and I do notice that even after I play and log out for a little bit to the character screen it will begin to lag. Not sure what the problem is but it seems like a lot of people get this problem.
