Sorcerer - I have two Volatile Familiars.

Anyone else having an issue with this. Last night while running through some silver questing, I noticed not only was my Daedrat out, and my Restoring Twilight, but also two.......I said two Volatile Familiars. I have a few screenshots of it at home and will post later if needed.
