I remember reading in the pts notes that the new normal trails would have a group finder.
Am I missing it on PS4?
Is there a group finder for normal Maw of Lorkhaj on PC?

I think you are mistaken. No, even normal version is impossible with randoms without coordination, because of mechanics. From what I've heard, many people on consoles dont join voice chat, and theres no text chat.
On pc, its puggable, but requires a raidleader and teamspeak.
And I can imagine all the feels of casuals who would pug for vet version.
