Suggestion for inferno change that's actually wanted

A lot of mDK want the old cinder storm. ZOS won't give it back so how about we make a useless skill into something useful.

Change inferno to give major evasion . Stamina DK don't get a buff as evasion will be better but this will at least give mDK a magic evasion buff. Something that made us tanky back in the day.

Magelight is better then inferno in all respects. Camo hunter is better then inferno in all respects. So why not remove the critical buff and give us something useful. Keep the secondary effects as they already are. Ie. Flame damage every 5 secs and the other healing one.
