Please Remove Sneak Penalty

True assassins can sneak forever, they are masters of the sneak. This 'no regen' while sneaking *** is destroying the EMURRRSHION. If a fkn khajit nb cant sneak forever then a hi elf sorcerer shouldnt be able to regen magick with a fkn shield on. !!!!

You can just use dark cloak
Dark cloak- Uses magicka however you stay in sneak and magicka still regens
Wards - just like cloak you use magicka and your magicka regens except you don't go invisible

Also you can pause in a corner and let your stamina regen.

It is possible to get your sneak stamina consumption reduced to zero, though. Via a mix of sets, Medium Armor passives, and champion points.

this is true but i like to buff while i sneak around town and what not. im very wanted by the guards so every bit of stamina helps.

if it was a pvp fix, then they really need to nerf sorc shields, i run out of stam before they run out of magick for their shield spam

I agree, the stam regen in steak (crouched) wasn't a problem.

Except it didn't really matter in PvP at all. You can't sneak while flagged in combat and you can stay flagged in combat for ages.

Its more of a "well why not" fix to stuff thst didnt need to be fixed

It was deliberately put in for TG quests, it has nothing to do with PvP.

try to nonstop use dark cloak on stam build, gg
on magica ye...on magica also you are faster in dark cloak than on stamina with normal sneak.
+ again try spam cloak nonst on stam nb more than 4-5 times without usign potion

OP just sit still while sneaked for literally one second and you will regen a little back sneak up to about 50% stam and stand still for 10seconds and back to 100%.

Define "sneak".

Stealthily hiding in a corner? Sure, that's quite doable forever.

Stealthily moving in a crouch through the grass? That does get to be a strain on the leg muscles after a while... go on, try it, you will see. Not, naturally a professional will be able to do this a LOT longer then the usual unfit couch potatoes who play a game like this... (yes, I am talking about myself here), but no mortal will be able to keep it up forever. Thus the professionals will sneak from cover to cover, and wait a bit to rest, aka for their stamina ro regain. Just like my sneaky charqacters do when I sneak from one end of cyrodil to the other, like when I was hunting for sights or those last elusive skyshards...

And yeah, I too sometimes wish I could sneak without stamina cost so I had all my stamina available for combat. But I accept that there needs to be some balances, so... I go with all the boni from armor, skills, c-points, and whatnot, and manage quite nicely.

Now, if we were to start talking about swimming... that one I really do not understand, as in, why it does -not- cost stamine. Or jumping for that matter. But I guess that'd be a diffderent discussion...

Its the trade off for moving in stealth. Even different forms of movement need them, if you want to regen stamina while moving there are movement types for that. Being able to regen stamina while moving in stealth was a mistake given how zos handled the regen penalty that was originally in the game.

That's great, but, this is the solution. If you want to sneak around without cost, that's possible. You want to get buffs for just being in stealth? *rolls eyes*

For normal characters, you can stay in stealth indefinitely. You sneak, wait for the right moment, sneak, wait, sneak, wait. Don't wait in the middle of the road or where a guard will patrol. Hide in nooks and corners where people won't think to look. Watch your opponents, then go when they're out of position.

You know, stealth.

if ZOS remove sneak penalty, Cyrodiil will be like this:
player standing enjoying the amazing scenary
1 second later he is looking at death recap:
concealed weapon,heavy attack,proxy deto, vicious death
or
proxy x5
or anything else,
basically. you will see your death recap without PvPing 50% of the times.

Depends on the server. But if you're just standing around enjoying the scenery in Cyrodiil, you are offering yourself up to the Gods of Gank as a noble sacrifice.

How you think tanks feel with blocking ? But to do so would be a buff to stamina users which would cause magicka users to flood the forums with rage post and blowing up ZOS inbox with nerf stamina messages again.
