Veteran /Normal Maw of Lorkhaj trial Discussion

lets start some discussion about the new trial.
the trial is nice, cute, kawaii, khajiitii, scalable to v16(to give players a reason to do&buy DLC) with annoying songs after defeating each boss. lots of fun doing it& learning mechanics
but then, you have veteran mode.
how do people even do veteran mode? they progress through it. its not a 1 day quest. it takes weeks/months of dedication which not any player can adapt with
for vMA i trained until i was able to do it, 40-50 hours that came in handy.
you might not enjoy vMA at all (sort of applies to me) because it feels like a prison -lonely between the beasts trying to slay me.
but with vMoL you can have lotsa fun between bosses/wipes since you can communicate with your trial group/talk/dance w/e
i trained for vMA, and i can do vMA. but vMA is vMA as it is- a solo instance, when vMoL is a 12 man raid which requires proper training which will extend to hundreds of hours, because in addition to self training(which found in vMA) it requires group synchronizing- a point where every member of the raid is required
not to just give his best shot, but also, to train how to deal with other players mistakes in the raid and assist them when needed -cough- sacrifice your life if needed so tank can purge himself at first boss -cough-
how is the new trial doing with you so far anyway?

comparing SO to MoW is totally irrelevant, the difference between those both trials is between the earth and mars

nMoL drops v16 gear and the last boss even drops gear from the vet version. All trial weeklies also drop vMoL gear. With the lack of unique gear, there is no reason to nerf it because there is little benefit to doing it. Those that don't want a challenge can just do normal.

lol you guys, eso trials are so easy that its beyond madness, just little bit coordination and 40-100h practice and it goes slowly but surely. Most of us have propably 400-500 playtime aswell so there the 40-100h is nothing.

took my guild raid to learn to do the normal mode about 5h without watching any videos. so i assume 10x that and we learn to do veteran even 100-200h more wont be issue.

Why everything has to be granted from the beginning? why people even play online games if not for the time you spent together. Later on when you learn it you can laugh for the miserable times when you nearly had tears in your eye and you were calling for mommy to come pet your head.

Sounds like you don't like the trial.

So don't do it. Go do something else in the game. Or outside in the sun. Vet mode was built for players who DO like hard trials.

craglorn trials are useless atm but i like them especially HRC. (ZOS not scaling, barely doing any since months)
vMA whatever the difficulty it is, im fine with it ( i dont like it because it feels like a cage even if i got nice score with it)
its no longer fun because i did it over 60 times.
MoL normal mode? quite nice trial that can have lotsa fun in, if u like PvE or not that much
vMoL? the only progression raid in the game atm

1)im nowhere on/near #1 on any ESO PvX related thing atm (made emperor last year though)
2)i play for fun, but i have my shares of attempting to doing my best regarding content/leaderboards.
3)i dont need to show my friends that i am NUMBER 1, its not like i can write that on my resume for next job application XD

There should be content for everyone, OP.
And some people actually enjoy it, so why not? You can still get the sets from other trial weeklies (there's much more spots now by the way so its doable with average group) or from normal version. There's still Zos style rng crap like staves of stamina sets though, but that's the case in actual trial as well.

Yeah i have inferno sharpened twilight remedy staff and lunar bastion sharpened sword which i'll never use any thanks to AA weekly
but still. im from those who likes to do any/everything in the game- to play every aspect. and atm the vMoL is a roadblock
and maybe i made it wrong to ask for nerf and should have done it ZOS style instead nerfing the dungeon, buff all the players by 200% XD hint: craglorn trials current case
thus we can do the content

I could agree on that. ZOS should left possibilty to get stuff on vr1 scaled, so not hardcore people could do it and than switch to other stuff, and hardcore pvers could farm it on vr16. So everybody would be happy.

no waseem, learn to play. my guild has no problems in this Raid. After we tried a few times we kill the first boss on the first try and the large trash group as well. currently Training at the 2nd boss, but it will be killed on sunday.

ppl like you are the reason the raids are so *** easy. progress guilds have only this Raid and noobs like you are whining again about how difficult it is.

play minecraft if you want to play an easy game or just delete your Account

trials are *** easy because people like you kept doing the trials when ZOS did not scaling them, you kept doing useless trials, ZOS had no reason to care about trials. if you stopped doing trials for 2 months because they are not scaled
the 2nd title you will see in the patch notes will be like " because players did not do the useless craglorn trials and it felt embarresing for us as a developer to have no PvE endgame,and the leaderboards was empty for the last 2 whole months, we decided to scale craglorn trials to v16"

Dude, you need a cold shower. This game needed some difficulty but MoL is not rocket science. Sure you need to practice, especially group movement and following commands but after all that's a bit what playing in a group should be anyway. Your talk of NASA and spaceship autopilots justs adds to the fact that your rant is just a bit too juvenile and ...well... 'over the top' to put it mildly.

I could cry over the fact that Zenimax made their 4th trial an Adds'n'Bosses style trial instead of introducing a new 'jump and run' style of trial all together but that's a different story.

This is the one thing in the game we have for groups that is genuinely difficult and the playground of guilds who want to challenge themselves. Much like vMA there should be content like this in the game so not only we have something to do but also it gives people something to aspire too.

Also, vMOL is very nearly cleared and in a lot less time than Sanctum. It will be a long time before most guilds can clear vMOL but that's fine, it will happen just like it has with AA/HRC/SO.

As with @Hjelmerina, I have a lot of fun every time I am there. The whole gang working so hard on something and laughing/joking on TS whilst we do it is the pinnacle of fun in this game in my opinion, even if we are wiping all day. What's fun for you may not be fun for me. .

Please do us a Favour ans shut the *** up.
Do you know why we and many other Guilds have stopped Raiding? Not because we didnt get imba v16 Stuff out of it but because we were tired of running the same *** for a *** Year over and over again. And that old Trials are just more boring without being scaled up.
Now we have a new Trial and new Bosses to deal with and just 2 Weeks after the Update, you are here to cry about its Difficulty.

vMOL is good and It's the only HL guild content we have. Just don't nerf it...
