Is this footage of the upcoming areas official?

I found this video and it shows some areas ingame that are in production, some of them we arleady have them now like abah's landing and wrogthar but it also has some more like murkmire, clockwork city and mephala's realm - is this an official video or from somewhere else? because it looks pretty legit to me

The video itself is not official, but it is compiled from a bunch of official previews shown in a couple of episodes of ESO Live. So the footage is indeed official.

Note that the previews are quite old, so some zones may not end up looking like they do in the video.

I remember also seeing some artwork of those zones with special enemies like an dwemer centurion with flamethrower arm and chainsaw for the other and be able to launch dwemer spider from its back which also dwarfs the dwemer centurion size wise.
    Sadly can't find those anymore.

Sure, I know the connections between Mephala and the Dark Brotherhood (or, more accurately, between Mephala and the Morag Tong). Just wondering if you'd heard more than I had ;)

Sithis isn't Mephala though. Mephala is an entirely existential Daedric Prince, patron of the Morag Tong. Sithis is a representation of the primordial state of chaos, and is patron of the Dark Brotherhood. The Morag Tong may revere Sithis, but Mephala is their patron. Conversely, the Dark Brotherhood does not directly reference Mephala at all, aside from when you consider their joint heritage with the Morag Tong. Instead, they follow the Night Mother, who supposedly communicates directly with Sithis. (Although some believe the original Night Mother is/was Mephala.)

I have wanted to see a redo of the Clockwork City ever since Tribunal for Morrowind. It was good in Morrowind, I just want to see what it can be on a modern engine.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

and sithis is no thinking/talking entity at all, so he/it cat be communicate with the nightmother, which makes the nightmother = Mephala theory more likely

This is all pretty old stuff, and afaik the Gold Coast, coming Q2 2016, wasn't in any of those previews, which creates precedent for ZOS putting projects/zones in the fridge in favour of other projects/zones. Really curious to see which of these are actively worked on, which of these are on the backburner and what other zones have been added to the list.
