Green Dragon Blood....affected by champion points?

Per title....does Green Dragon Blood get buffed by investing in Blessed or the healing received champion point passive? Sorry if this dead horse has been thoroughly beaten, attempts to find a clear answer were unsuccessful :/

Blessed is always a good one to bet on.

Though seeing how everything turned out I wouldn't be shocked at all if somehow the DOT champion point tree somehow buffs Green Dragon Blood too.

Blessed usually affects Magic based heals so to answer your question yes it does. Quick recovery affects stamina based heals such as vigor and rally.

If I remember correctly is: Blessed allows you to do more healing yourself, so basically you heal should heal yourself more with healing skills and the healing received passive (idk the name) will grant you incoming healing from all resources so heals from others and you will be more.

Im not really certain at all but I think both passives will increase your healing with dragon blood skill.
A good way remove champion points in blessed and healing received let a mob hit you one time do dragon blood test it a few times until you got a good number. after that you will put your points back in or one of the champion point trees and test it again if it gives you more heals. Just make sure you have always the same mob that attacks you.

Well that's very wrong. Blessed increases healing you initiate and use so yes DB is effected. Quick recovery is all healing you receive so you and others healing you so DB is effected as well

Quick recovery is based on healing received. Healing yourself is counted so it's not limited to stamina based heals. Magicka based heals affect quick recovery too as long as you're receiving heals.

It heals you for a percentage, so not sure if that percentage goes up the more you spec into blessing or not. I'll have to check that out for myself later :)

My thoughts on this.... GDB heals for for a flat percentage 33% of what's missing. I'm under the impression it's as good as it's going to get... But being that I'm on console, and have no access to the numbers(yet) so I'm not sure. If anything, I'm leaning toward rapid recovery for healing received. I had 50 points in to Blessed, but got to thinking those 50 points were wasted based on the wording of the skill. Will do some testing/tweaking when the dlc drops, just hoping someone has pieced this together already :)

I honestly would love to know how so many people come up with random ideas on skills work haha

Even if it is why use it ? I am a proud DK and all but dragons blood just needs a re-vamp period. There is possibly no arguing about it and well what I suggested and many others is that dragons blood basically becomes a slightly more powerful version of vigor.

You know a HOT that heals you for X amount and all that and make green dragons blood and stamina morph.

With burning embers in the current meta I see no need for GDB to be equipped. Rather slot Vigor

Don't have vigor, tank only so damage output is laughable. Plus, I keep stamina reserved for block/bash/taunt. Magic for buffs/shields/emergency heals and such.

It heals 33% of missing health. Very difficult to test the effect of Cp on this because missing health is the variable. If you have 50% dragon blood will heal more than if you have 80% health. So you have to control how much you get hit for in order to do a proper test. Been battling for ages to figure out a reliable way.

I am under the impression that blessed does not impact this otherwise the percentage would go up and I never see that.

Like others, i don't use dragon blood anymore and now prefer to use draw essence and burning embers to heal myself.

This is the way I understood it to work also. Blessed= healing output Quick Recovery= healing received(incoming healing and self heals)

Run with a tank that has everything into blessed and he says it improved his heal from GDB.

You just need to get a buddy who has a character on a different faction. Go to a remote part of cyrodiil and test using the same attack over and over again. Just be sure to use all crits or no crits.
