Can Login, Select Character, But Crash at Loading screen into Game!!!!! HELP!

So to begin this very tedious scenario, I have to start out with, I used to have a Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti graphics card, that ran the game ok, but it still crashed and I didn't feel I was getting the full experience of this game. SO, I went out and bought the Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 that came highly recommended and I was told it would run the game great...... WRONG! All I can do LITERALLY is log in, get to the character select screen, choose my character, then when I get to the loading screen to go into the game, it crashes after a minute or two of trying to load. How is it, I buy a way nicer graphics card, update the drivers (Which at this point I had to buy a bigger power supply to run this thing.) and still not be able to play, but be able to play decently well on my old graphics card? I'am completely baffled and really frustrated.

Specs:
Intel Core i5 processor
850w power supply
Geforce GTX 970
8GB of RAM
Windows 8.1
Wired Internet Connection

Things I've tried:
Changing GraphicsDriver to OPENGL
Misconfig
Reinstalling Game
Repairing Game
Turning off all apps associated with games. (Things like Dicey etc.)
Running game in all forms, Windowed-Fullscreen

I already put in a ticket, and they are answering me back, and asked me to run the Game Consultant and send them the report which is good, so Support is helping but I'm impatient and would really like to see what other suggestions I can try. All I know is I'm going to lose it if I dropped $400 on parts to be able to run the game better, only to not be able to play it at all. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance!
