Stamina Nb, How to get 3.5k wp dmg, 2.5k stam recovery?

I keep hearing about killer builds with well over 3k weapon damage and 2k stam recovery.

I struggle with getting either one in each direction.

I have 5 hundings rage, 1 molag kena for weapon dmg, 1 blood spawn for recovery, 3 agility.

Chest is infused, legs, hands, waist divines. Molag kena head is well fitted as that's the best i could get. Blood spawn shoulder is infused.

Boots are shield breaker impenetrable, but i plan to make a generic divines.

I have 2 gold weapon dmg glyphs on jewelery, one of them I kept the stock recovery glyph.

I have the serpent stone for recovery and all i can get is 1981.

How do you guys get both over 3kwp dmg and well over 2k recovery?

GEAR:
- 5 Hunding's
- 3 Agility(all weapon damage glyphs)
- 1 Bloodspawn
- 1 Kena

MISC:
- v15 blue drinks
- Serpent mundus
- Bosmer race
- Weapon Damage enchant on 2H
- Flawless Dawnbreaker slotted

Could be over 4K if you have a Maelstrom 2H, but I've yet to get one and will probably never try anymore. In this case, your race and CP is what truly matters now. How many CP do you have and what is your race?

DW / 2H setup with swords and warrior Mundus stone.

4.2k weapon dmg with rally and focus and 4.6k in stealth.
2.2k stamina recovery

I get north of that on my imperial stam NB, but I need to be fully buffed. I can get a few points shy of 4k weapon damage and 3K Regen. I run 5 Hundings (Divines), 3 robust agility (1 regen, 2 weapon damage), 1 Kena (divines), 1 Bloodspawn(divines), Maelstrom 2H and Bow. This is also with serpent mundus, a weapon pot, relentless focus, SPC, Flawless Dawnbreaker, etc.

For the people that say you got to be a Bosmer to achieve this or have 100 CP into mooncalf. You are WRONG.
I have an Argonian NB that can get these stats easily. I'd post a screen shot if I was at home.
Granted, my set up is FAR from optimal but for PvP purposes it serves me well enough.

Fully Buffed up, I sit at ~3700 Weapon damage and ~2200 Stamina Regen (with Grim Focus buff)
I could slot Werewolf to buff stamina regen to ~2600 and pop a stamina pot to get it to ~2900

Yea to get those stats you have too run recovery food which will bring you damage in pve down ALOT its really only good for pvp setups to have those stats.

Well I have 3550 unbuffed Weapon Damage and 2000 stam recovery running 5 hounding 3 agility 3 night mother and Molag kena shoulders.I use Max health and stam recovery food with Serpent mundus.
