Hist Bark and Mirage stacking?

I have been wondering if anyone has an updated account on if the Hist Bark set and the NB mirage (major evasion) stack? Anything I find is from a year ago saying it does not even though a ZOS employee said it should.

no, it's the same buff (major). Only different (minor-major) buffs stack.

You can stack Hist Bark (or Mirage) with dodge chance from Glorious Defender set for example.

Theses guys above are correct. For further insight:

Back before IC was released, there were far fewer sets and skills in the game that followed the Major/Minor system. Back then, Hist Bark and Blur/Evasion would stack, granting insane amounts of dodge mitigation at virtually no cost (no need to dodge roll, block, etc. and you wouldn't waste resources as a result). Occurrences like this are largely what caused the Major/Minor system to begin with. As far as balance goes, many will agree that the Major/Minor system is better; it prevents or otherwise discourages reliance on cheap mechanics.

We would all do this, of course, if we still could. I used to tank Mantikora with Hist Bark + Double Take and he missed me a lot.
