Sooo, what about the blue collectibles?

It's all hunky dory that the collectible were added to the Momentos tab. But why only the green ones? Why not the blue ones? What's the logic behind it?

I thought only the momentos go in that tab.I try to click on the use bit,but there is none for the collectibles.I sell them.
