Legerdemain Issue - Decon

Hey all,
I wondered if anyone else has noticed this issue if you steal several of the same items they stack up and show in the decon menu. I noticed with a stack of stolen weapons if I launder 1 of them the stack still shows as 6 in the decon menu but the tooltip shows I only have 5 stolen items. I'm not sure if this is as intended as I checked and I still get the minimum decon XP until I get to the 6th one which gives the full decon XP. I would have expected the game to separate stolen / non stolen items in the decon menu even if they're the same and not to stack them.
