I don't know what you broke but Please fix it.

The title says it all, I don't know what got broke between PTS & Live, but the game most definitely does not play the same.
Firstly, lets talk about some changes:
The move to nerf major expedition in light of increasing sprint is fail mode.
The buff to bombard is too much.

I'm sitting here at higher FPS than I've ever seen in ESO, approx. 77 FPS, with "what the game is reporting as: 85 ping"
Yet the combat is no longer fluid, it's hardcore choppy! I'm spamming my ultimate to go off & it REFUSES to pop!
The game is currently playing as if there are 3 different full raid zerg's roaming about in Cyrodiil & yet my ping only says 85?
There is major lag between using abilities.

Snare/movement speed reduction some how went through the roof as between dodge roll, cloak, etc.. it's as if I'm just standing in place watching my health go down. Healing reduction has somehow become retardedly strong making magic templar the most OP class.
