Usually when a passive requires an ability from that skill line to be slotted, it usually states in the tool tip. This does not.
On my back bar I do not have an Aedric Spear skill slotted, therefore I do not have the benefit of increased weapon/spell damage and spell resistance.
Bug or incorrect tooltip?
