I've had a bug for the last week where I am not able to revive here, I have almost 100 soul gems on hand and soul summons ready, but when it comes time for me to revive I can't. This has been happening to me ever since I've faced the slave taker boss in Hew's Bane. Where I died and still had 4k health when dead, got feared while dead. I can only revive at the wayshrine now. This bug occurs to me everywhere now, not just in Hew's Bane

VastraNeradaSoul ShrivenThis exact same thing has been happening to me also. Can't pin point a specific time but most definitely since the Thieves Guild DLC. I have enough soul gems and it looks at though i could press E but nothing happens. Only can use wayshrine.0
