Cyrodiil Load Screens (not what you think)

If we can't do anything about the 5+ minute (sometimes random) load screens in Cyrodiil, can we at least have it cycle through pictures? I mean, Cyrodiil is quite lovely in the Fall... but what about the other seasons or locations? Would it be overly difficult to change that? I mean... that image is now permanently burned into my old monitor....

That's what I end up doing on my toons with upgraded mounts, but my new toons (less than a month old) are super slow, so it's like playing the lottery with load times. With the amount of time I've spent in load screens (between respawning and/or porting to different keeps), the internet would probably run out of cats and cat related content.
