This is no where to be found. not sure if it is tied into the last quest? Wouldn't think so, Should be a letter lying around like the others? If anyone has found out, drop a reply please.

Then the letter should be on the first crate to your left when you go up the stairs to the bookcases and the large meeting table behind the statue

nope nothing there for me. just a crate with nothing on it but a smaller one. I think it is connected to the very last quest. kinda odd. since my last quest is bugged out, maybe i won't see it. But i don't think it has anything to do with the last one.

No, it's tied to the last quest. It isn't there until after you complete the last TG story quest (or at least I didn't see it there until after I completed that quest, and I swear I checked there earlier).

Of course, I can't seem to find Silver-Claw's theory... Does anyone know where it is? I feel like I've looked everywhere in there

Silver-Claw's theory is sitting on the crates next to the Fence near the tunnel exit.

Finished "The one that got away" and afterwards... Zeiras theory was there to be collected. Maybe because I also done most of the other TG stuff, dunno if it needs more prerequesites... but it worked for me no problem.

Quen's theory...

Go to the Merchant (Tavrina) inside the base. Then go SE to the other side of her mini circle. There is a crate with a lantern - and quen's theory. (You may need to have completed some quests first.)

It's in the southern part of the Den after you complete That Which Was Lost. Basically, near where you talk to Narahni and Velsa when you take that quest

This is a bug. it does not work for everyone. I would say most get this finished. i cannot and have not heard from them as to when of if there will be a fix. I did find a door in Hew's Bane that i cannot access due to not be able to access this quest.

I can't find 'a note from Zeira' to get the one that got away quest line going, is this a timed/levelled thing? I have literally scoured every object in the Den and none of them are notes from Zeira. any hints or tips would be appreciated.

craxhaus, this is part of the bug. it is a level 10 proc. if you have passed level 10 and can't see it then you have the glitch.

The location is to the left of the statue on a box at the top or the left stairs. facing the center round table.

Who gives the quest "The One That Got Away" ?

I don't have it and can't seem to find the one who gives me this quest.

I have everything except Loose Ends completed under Honor Among Thieves achievement completed.

I've found and read all the other theories on The Lady in the Cistern.
