Bloody annoying random loading screens

I know these are nothing new, but today I had a new low with them while in the new Thieves Guild city. I had a ton of stolen items on me including some very nice set items, treasure maps and motifs. Easily worth 30.000 gold. I did the thieves guild quest so had a tiny bounty for trespassing in the merchant district. I exit the district, look for guards...carefully make my way towards my next quest. Several minutes later completely out of nowhere *BAM* loading screen.
The loading screen lasts for freaking minutes, and when it finally vanishes...you guess it, my character dead and all my legitimately stolen items stolen by a guard. Developers please look into fixing these random loading screens as its just incredibly annoying to see half a day of work gone through no fault of my own.
