When Will Monster Helm Vendor Arrive?

When does the monster helm vendor arrive in Cyrodiil? I'm just curious. I had read somewhere that it would be the weekend; but in other sources my impression was it could be otherwise. Has anyone seen it yet? Was this already addressed in another post?

    Adhazabi will now only appear on the weekends. She will arrive at 00:00 UTC/GMT on Friday nights, and will pack up shop at 12:00 UTC/GMT on Mondays.

    The vendor comes from midnight Friday (one minute after 11:59pm GMT Friday), or 00:00 Saturday morning and stays until midday (12:00) Monday.

    Where will the vendor be located? Do they travel around the PVP area or do they have one spot I can find them?

    They are located at one of the gates in Cyrodiil for each faction. On the EP side it's the Southern Morrowind gate.

    Her stock was rather disappointing - she didn't seem to have anything useful. I'm after engine guardian and there wasn't any. Does her stock rotate or something?

    On DC side she's at the Northern High Rock Gate near the stables.
    Helmets were Infused, Shoulders Divines when I checked her out.

    I've been getting mixed answers. Personally I'm counting on Infused until I see otherwise.
