Is Major Expedition actually giving a 30% speed boost?

Because it really doesn't feel like it. I know we should have seen SOME difference going from 40% down to 30%, but this honestly feels more like 15%. It's barely noticeable.

I'm using both Crippling Grasp and Retreating Maneuvers, and this thing just doesn't feel right.

Has anyone else had this problem since TG went live?

The obvious difference doesn't look right to me, either. The 40% boost was significantly different and made my sorcerer really mobile. The reduction to 30% looks and feels as though it were 20% instead, if that much. It just doesn't add much speed to the character's maneuverability.

Without some independent monitoring software there is no way to know for sure, and if there's one thing I've learned about the Bethesda dev team for ESO, it is that they evidently have no way to test their software to see whether it is working as intended. They make changes but have no clue as to whether the intended change was the one that was made.

I've been doing some simple distance/calculator testing, and it appears that I'm only getting a 20% speed boost from Rapid Maneuver.

Has anyone else tested this?
