Update broke Coldharbour quest

After the update it is no longer possible to complete the Soul-Meld Mage quest. You drink the potion and transform into a monkey, enter the ruined tunnel, but can't target the exit. Thus you can't complete Meridia's quest to find all the lost souls in Coldharbour. Yes, you can still complete the main quest but you can't get the achievements for finding everyone.
Does anyone know of a work around for this or are we just screwed until ZOS decides three or four months from now this is worth fixing?
