TG Quest "Shell Game" seems broken (?)

✭✭✭✭✭The marker is on the wrong place. Go back to the foyer, try finding a corridor with a single door in the end. It is on the general direction of where the marker is, only inside the mansion instead of in the courtyard.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.

✭Unrelated to the TG, and not sure if it broke with this patch or not, but I was questing on an alt last night in Alik'r and the quest where you have to help people who've been poisoned by snakes is bugged. Can't interact with any of the npc's to progress the quest. Did the quest a month or so ago on another alt and had no trouble, so not sure if it's a recent thing or something that broke before. Submitted a bug report. Wouldn't be surprised if it got broken with the latest update. Good old ZOS is good at that.0 -

Sou_rou✭✭As of today (Nov 19, 2016) the quest marker is in approximately the right place, and going through the door into the family quarters works, but Walks is upstairs.
