Bugged voice and NPC animation in Hew's Bane

Dear ESO devs,
I just wanted to report a few bugs with (for now) two NPCS (not sure if i should post this here).
The following NPCs have bugged animations during conversation and aren't opening their mouths while talking. Also one of them has no voice during one conversation option.
1. The first one is Bakhum. His conversational animation is bugged. He is just standing there during some parts of conversation without opening his mouth. Also during one conversational option he has no voice (screenshot of the silent part http://postimg.org/image/c05o9slhz/).
2. The second one is Thieves Guild Guild Master she has her animation bugged. Voice is working fine (screenshot of the still part http://postimg.org/image/m6dt9au1b/)
