All the old problems are back.....

So even after the hotfix I am experiencing lower than usual FPS. It is better than it was yesterday but not by a lot (still getting 20+ FPS in cities and I haven't even set foot in the new content)
Of course NOW I am also getting the ol' 2+ min loading screens regularly and in the past 2 hours I have randomly crashed 5 times (twice during boss fights, one trying to enter the hostel and 2 just riding along casually)
I'm not going to say roll back the newest patch BUT what was done has broken all of the things that I thought were fixed long ago.
