Elemental Susceptibility Has Been Bugged for MONTHS - still not fixed!

As suggested by this thread Elemental Susceptibility hasn't actually done anything since last October at least. I have no idea how this is supposed to be acceptable, especially considering the numerous mentions in the forums and possible bug reports.
And while we're at it I suggest that this morph of Weakness to Elements gets a major buff, since no sane person would take it over the mana wonder that is its counterpart Elemental Drain.
Ideas:
1. Elemental Susceptibility is only removed once a target dies.
2. Elemental Susceptibility becomes an AoE ability.
3. Elemental Susceptibility's Major Breach debuff is improved every time the target is attacked and the duration is increased by a few seconds.

SirIronclad✭✭✭Genuine question: Does anyone know whether Elemental Susceptibility is actually bugged or if it is merely a visual issue? It might be that the debuffed units are still affected by Major Breach without the corresponding visual effects showing.1

This bug has been fixed internally and will in the Dark Brotherhood update. Just note that this was a visual-only glitch - the ability itself does in fact refresh, so it still functions correctly, but thankfully after Dark Brotherhood you won't have to take our word for it

It would be nice if you freakin fixed the bitterpoint strand boss bug as well. The chest is not clickable to summon the boss and only works the first time after maintenance...then we are screwed for another week.
Been this way since 20140
