Same issue on both clients. I relogged half a dozen times and one time it was fixed and was back at 50+ FPS. Mostly logging in to 5-10 FPS since Sunday afternoon.

    WIN 10 Intel i7-3770K@3.9 GHz Nvidia GTX 680 GTX 4GB 16GB RAM
Internet speed tests and other games run fine.

Still unplayable after today's patch with a FPS of 9.

Alright, I did a repair and it did not fix the problem. HOWEVER, I went into the settings and went to a lower setting and them went back to the higher setting and it fixed the problem and FPS jumped up to 90-100 and looked like it had previously. Hopefully the settings hold and it isn't something with the login messing things up

Resolution FPS dropped to 8-10 upon zoning but went back to normal when I reset the resolution (dropped to lowest then back up to 1080). Some setting is getting lost when zoning to a different location (but can be reset with changing resolution).

Welp maybe a fix for this Monday????? I haven't played more than testing since the TG release due to the FPS mess. :(

Checked and it still wasn't fixed when I went in. I'll try the resolution swap and re-post.

Edit: Nope. No change here. Put it to low. Waited like 3 min for it to re-load all the things (vastly longer than normal), put it up to high, still felt like throwing up within 1 minute of running around. :(

Trying to up to Win 10 (got stuck at 86% twice previously). Maybe that will dislodge whatever has gotten stuck in a messed up state? Game used to fly solidly before, and all my other games still do, so not sure what the issue with ESO is. :(

Yeah no fix in the patch today. :( I haven't played since TG was released. I've been here since closed Beta and been through a ton of bugs. This is one I cannot ignore or work around and believe me, I have tried and tried. Game is unplayable.

Still feeling like this one will throw up within 1 minute of logging in. :( No change since the last visit. It feels a lot longer than only 3 weeks though, but is there no news on this?

Sad to see no update. :(

    - Got the new patch.
    - Nvidia drivers have been patched since my last attempt.

Still no change. I guess it has only been a week, but it is still ONLY ESO that this is happening for. No other games have had performance changed.

I'll have to perform a system wipe of C to install Windows 10 (5 attempts so far not wiping and it's gotten stuck at 86% every time), so maybe if there is a driver issue that will clear when I do. But this really seems like a change with the ESO client, as there are other changes that seem to co-inside with the FPS drop. (Like the zone pausing to load like 3x while crossing Ors, or when exiting the main area of the elfy tree home.)

Yeah I haven't played since TG was released. Been here since closed Beta. Time to throw in the towel I guess on this being fixed.

Updated to Win 10 doing a clean install. Though this one only peeked for a few minutes, the jerky puky bad FPS seems gone. Maybe it's possible there was an update bit that doesn't agree with the older OS versions? Or a something Nvidia did?

It seems this one is fine again. Not sure what to suggest for others except maybe clean uninstall graphic drivers and try re-installing? (The game was on a second SSD, not the boot disk, so was unaffected by the change.)

Yeah not going to update to Win 10 for this game. The game on live ran perfect on my current OS Win 7 x64 Ultimate before the patch. I as well as many others saw the FPS issue on the PTS and reported it many times. I've done a clean install of the graphic drivers with no change.
